New Coaching Partnership with LeaderBridge

Just launched: new coaching program partnership with LeaderBridge!

We’re thrilled to share that Access Coaching Collective has partnered with the Crimsonbridge Foundation and their LeaderBridge program to connect eight nonprofit leaders to equity-centered leadership coaching this fall.

Leaders include:
Laura Bacon, Founder/CEO, The 3rd
Javier Bustamante, Director, Center for Cultural Engagement, Catholic University
Paula Fitzgerald, Executive Director, Ayuda
Lupi Grady, President & CEO, Latin American Youth Center
Andrew Lee, Artistic / Executive Director, DC Strings Workshop
Diana Ortiz, President and CEO, Doorways
Daniel Rico, Chief Development Officer, Sasha Bruce Youthwork
Kamren Rollins, Chief Operating Officer, Southeast Children's Fund

This six-session coaching program is an opportunity for leaders to select and work with a highly qualified and vetted leadership coach to support their continued growth and development.

Nonprofit leaders consistently share that coaching is highly-desired, but can be an unaffordable resource. This partnership helps bridge this gap, and we couldn’t be more excited about the incredible leaders and coaches involved.

Thank you to the Crimsonbridge Foundation for their deep support of leadership development, and to the dedicated organizational leaders and coaches involved in this work!
