Our impact

The Access Coaching Collective began in 2022. Our initial roster included 20 clients, who each received six coaching sessions over the course of three months. Clients were a mix of new and experienced leaders, including school principals, nonprofit executive directors, managers, teachers, and coordinators.

Client Post-Survey Results

  • 100% would recommend this program to their peers 

  • 100% agreed that this coaching engagement was a positive experience

  • 94% feel more confident

  • 88% feel they’re more effective leaders

  • 81% feel clearer on their professional goals 

  • 75% feel their relationships at work have improved

Before the program, only 16% of participants felt they were showing up as the leaders they wanted to be.

After the program, that soared to 89%.
